I use they/them pronouns. I am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a doctoral-trained Clinical Sexologist. I am a kink-aware therapist with NCSF, a listed poly-friendly professional, and a sex worker-positive resource.  My approach is body-focused, experiential, and research-informed. I utilize an intersectional, embodied approach to my work, recognizing that our identities shape how we show up in our personal lives and relationships. 

In my healing work, we return to the ancient ways of healing to return to our inner knowing, receive guidance from the world around us, and find a deeper connection to the life path you’ve come here to walk. I weave together the medicines of cyclical living, breath work, guided visualization, storytelling, somatic movement, working with elemental and earth-based guides, grounding & expansion practices, and conversational talk therapy to offer a means of healing that is holistic, life-centered, and unique to your own path. 

My role is to help guide you deeper into your inner truths so you can experience the gift of your life with greater depth and presence. Our work together is guided by the wisdom of Indigenous Psychology, Earth-based Wisdom, quantum physics, and somatic practices. Here, you will receive guidance and care rooted in humanity’s original ways of healing.
